GameBlade has a primary product based business model, selling the SmartSword product for profit.

GameBlade may branch into selling software for the swords that allows for the programming inside to be modified, or may payment flows into the game app itself.

GameBlade third business model creates a competitive scene revolving around the product.

Secondary business models all revolved around the SmartSword product.

Current Status

GameBlade has talked to 8 experts in the following fields: Toy Product Design, Manufacturing, Intellectual Property, and Entrepreneurship. Has done PMR interviews with 12 people from ages ranging from 18 - 40.

GameBlade has done limited testing with a looks like and plays like model

GameBlade is in the process of purchasing the full printed circuit board for an MVP that will be used to create advertising and marketing materials, and will also be used to test with people. Our team is also working on programming and designing gameplay, while trying to maximize replayability.

Use of Funds

GameBlade plans to spend a significant portion of money on product development, patenting, incorporation, manufacturing, and marketing.

We plan to use some money for intellectual property, and incorporation initially.

Money will be spent afterwards on a manufacturing review and marketing for the crowdfunded launch.

Money will be spent on booths at various conferences, with Toy Fair New York as the end goal.
